Full-Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor for its Willowbrook Mall location. The supervisor works closely with the Store Manager to create an energetic shopping environment, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates, modeling service standards and overseeing sales training.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policies.
• Conduct training for new hires on brand culture, product knowledge, loss-prevention and store procedures.
• Partner with management to set performance expectations, provide feedback and foster employee engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining compliance.
• Support store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
