Full Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the management team at Miromar Outlets in Estero, FL. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach team members.
• Ability to meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Compliance with Levi’s® Store policies, procedures and programs.
• Ability to follow directives from store management.
