Full-Time Room Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures the highest level of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms at Fairmont Orchid, a luxury resort on Hawai‘i Island. This full‑time position is essential to delivering the authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms: dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen, vacuuming, bathroom and interior window cleaning.
• Replenish rooms with supplies and maintain orderly linen and supply closets.
• Take initiative to add personalized touches that enhance the guest experience.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly and report any damage or malfunction.
• Accurately update room status reports throughout the shift.
• Respect guest privacy and belongings while providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate positively with team members.
