About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) licensed in California to join our expanding health centre in Scotia, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive primary‑care services to patients of all ages in an in‑person setting.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages, performing diagnostic tests and administering procedures.
• Develop and deliver patient education and management plans.
• Supervise mid‑level practitioners.
• Travel between multiple locations as needed.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with a valid California medical license.
• DEA registration; Medicare and Medi‑Cal eligibility preferred.
• Experience in primary care and working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
