Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team on a full‑time, hourly basis. As a Warehouse Associate or Worker you will help ensure that merchandise is processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and attend safety trainings.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and customers.
• Accurately process merchandise and maintain inventory records.
• Move freight and handle inventory throughout the warehouse quickly and safely.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to lift 35‑50 lb frequently and up to 60 lb occasionally.
• Comfortable standing, walking, squatting, bending and reaching during shifts.
• Basic math skills and ability to read labels and tickets.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Positive, respectful attitude working independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Operation of powered equipment such as pallet riders, scissor lifts, sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts.
• Use of computer systems or handheld devices after training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $24.57 per hour, depending on role.
• Shift differentials of $2.00‑$3.50 per hour where eligible.
