Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Associate & Worker Positions

About the role

This is a full‑time, hourly position in warehouse operations. You will work on a rotating shift schedule to pack, load, ship and move inventory for stores and guests. The role offers a safe, fast‑paced environment with opportunities for pay progression.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and attend required trainings.
• Pack, load, and ship items accurately and efficiently.
• Process merchandise for stores and guests, ensuring correct labeling.
• Handle freight, move inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks reliably.
• Engage in problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Ability to lift 35‑50 lb frequently and up to 60 lb occasionally.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, squat, bend and reach throughout shifts.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
• Proficiency in reading labels, tickets and product documentation.
• Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Good written and oral communication in English.

What we offer

• Warehouse Associate hourly rate: $19.00 – $22.75.
• Warehouse Worker hourly rate: $20.50 – $24.57.
• Shift differentials of $2.00 – $3.50 per hour where eligible.
