Full-Time Front of House Attendant – Restaurant Associates

About the role

Restaurant Associates is seeking a dedicated Front of House Attendant to join its full‑time team at the 30 Hudson Yards location. You will play a key part in delivering a high‑quality dining experience for corporate clients and catered events.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages and service items according to standards.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Set up and break down the dining room, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients.
• Store food safely, following wrapping, dating, rotation and safety procedures.
• Serve customers courteously, resolve concerns and follow cash‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Previous food‑service experience in a corporate dining or catering environment.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday, with variable hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards.
