About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking full‑time Forklift Operators/Freight Handlers for its Wilmington, OH service center. The position works the 2nd and 3rd shifts, loading and unloading trailers in a fast‑paced LTL environment.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Operate forklifts to move freight within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records using computer displays.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
Required skills
- Forklift operation experience, preferably in a fast‑paced LTL setting.
- Basic computer interaction skills for reading displays.
