Full-Time Dishwasher – $20/hr, Benefits

About the role

Armitage Alehouse, part of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is looking for a dedicated full‑time dishwasher. The role involves keeping all serviceware clean and supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock the dishwashing station with all necessary supplies.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware and flatware to Hogsalt standards.
• Store clean items appropriately and maintain organized storage areas.
• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean, including floors, garbage cans and equipment.
• Monitor dishwashing machine operation and report any issues promptly.
• Assist other restaurant staff with additional tasks as requested by leadership.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service restaurant.
• Open availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay productive in hot or cold environments.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a commercial dishwashing machine.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and food‑safety standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow Hogsalt’s cleaning procedures.
