Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver

About the role

This position is a full‑time delivery driver role responsible for safely transporting Lowe's merchandise to customers. The driver will interact directly with customers, manage delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, SMART customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Plan delivery routes, print loading tickets, and load trucks within payload limits.
• Inspect product condition before loading and verify items against invoices.
• Update delivery status on mobile devices for real‑time tracking.
• Unload, install, and test appliances at the customer’s location.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep delivery equipment clean.
• Complete DOT reporting to maintain CDL certification and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL license for locations using multi‑unit commercial motor vehicles, or Class B CDL license for single‑unit vehicles.
• Ability to follow Lowe's customer service policies and DOT regulations.
• Strong attention to detail for load verification and safety checks.
