About the role

Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and LSU Health Sciences Center at Shreveport are seeking a full‑time academic General OB/GYN physician to join the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Saint Mary’s Medical Center. The position offers a modern facility with state‑of‑the‑art operating rooms, a Level IV labor & delivery unit and a Level III NICU.

Key responsibilities

Provide obstetric and surgical care to a high‑volume patient population.
Educate and mentor residents and medical students in clinical settings.

Required profile

MD or DO degree.
US board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
Outstanding obstetric and surgical skills with interest in clinical activities.
Commitment to resident and medical student education.
Robotics certification.
