Full-Stack .NET Software Developer (Multiple Levels)

About the role

We are looking for a .NET Full-Stack Software Developer to join Noblis’s team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. The role involves building and maintaining web applications that help manage critical aviation infrastructure, working in an Agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business needs into functional software.
• Work with the Scrum Master to improve team performance and deliver quality releases on schedule.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
• Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain source code using version‑control systems and follow best practices.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (3+ years) able to obtain Public Trust and FAA clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0‑5 years of professional experience in web development (junior to mid‑level).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• .NET / C# development.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• SQL Server database design and querying.
• Object‑oriented programming and classic design patterns.
• Agile Scrum methodology and source‑code control (e.g., Git).
