Full Stack Mid-level Java Software Engineer

About the role

WSFS Bank is seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join its Enterprise Engineering team. You will help design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality solutions that support the bank’s mission of service and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, reliable systems using Java and other languages.
• Create Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) models to ensure robust architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#.
• Develop RESTful APIs and micro‑services that integrate with internal and external platforms.
• Implement security best practices, including encryption and identity management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor, log, and set up alerts to proactively address performance issues.
• Develop and run unit, integration, and performance tests; debug and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions.
