Full Stack Developer - Senior Consultant Technical Transformation

About the role

Our Deloitte Customer team helps organisations improve customer relationships through innovative strategies, analytics and emerging technologies. As a Senior Consultant in Technical Transformation you will work on building Salesforce‑based solutions and modern Java applications for government and public‑service clients.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise full‑stack development skills to design and build Salesforce products.
• Develop code using modern Java frameworks and object‑oriented principles.
• Write and maintain integrations that connect to RESTful APIs.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high quality of work.
• Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React.
• Back‑end programming: Java, Python, Spring, object‑oriented design.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and RESTful API integration.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Database knowledge: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Agile methodologies using JIRA.
• Salesforce DX and related development tools.
