About the role

Join the Front‑of‑House team as a Host, creating a warm first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth seating experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, provide wait times, and seat parties efficiently.
Use the table management system to optimize seating and accommodate requests.
Answer guest inquiries, offer menu information, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Keep the host station organized and clean.
Collaborate with front‑of‑house team members and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
Valid food safety/alcohol serving certifications if applicable.
Must be 16 years or older.
