Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

Collate is building an AI‑powered document generation platform for life‑science companies. As a Frontend Software Engineer you will shape the user experience of a complex, AI‑native enterprise workflow application, turning sophisticated healthcare data into clear, reliable, and delightful interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, high‑performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to turn concepts into production‑ready features.
• Own testing, deployment, and monitoring of frontend releases.
• Create reusable component libraries and infrastructure that scale with the growing product.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and visual polish across all user interactions.
• Integrate APIs and AI/ML models from backend and data science teams into the UI.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment and anticipate future design needs.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
