About the role
Lovely Bride is looking for a warm, upbeat Front of House team member to create an inviting and organized client experience in its New York City showroom. As the brand ambassador you will support stylists, manage client flow and help maintain the showroom’s presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients with positive energy, ensuring every guest feels welcome and supported.
- Create and maintain an inviting, organized showroom and client‑facing areas.
- Coordinate appointment flow, manage wait lists and adjust schedules as needed.
- Handle client communications via email, phone and text confirmations.
- Support stylists with go‑backs, fittings, and client needs during appointments.
- Contribute to sales goals by maximizing qualified appointments and identifying business opportunities.
- Assist with in‑store events, trunk shows and social media content as requested.
- Help with showroom displays, inventory care and operational/marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Friendly, engaging and customer‑service focused, thriving on connecting with people.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Comfortable using email and phone for client communications.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Team‑player attitude.
