Equinox is looking for a Front Desk Manager on Duty to join its team at a new club in Pacific Palisades. Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests
• Coach and lead a team
• Assist the Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staff
• Greet members and guests professionally
• Scan membership IDs and update members' accounts
• Answer phones
• Maintain an orderly lobby area
• Work opening shifts

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic and friendly
• Interested in health, fitness and/or sports
• Legal right to work in the United States
