About the role

We are seeking a responsible Front Desk Manager to act as the face of our company, ensuring visitors are welcomed and front‑desk operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Maintain front desk tidiness, manage stationery and informational materials.
Schedule shifts and supervise receptionists, security guards and call‑center agents.
Handle customer complaints, specific requests and emergency situations.
Monitor stock, order office supplies and manage mail distribution.
Organize office budget, record expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements.

Required profile

3+ years experience as a Front Desk or Reception Manager.
Strong background in customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
Fluent oral and written English.
