About the role

The Front Desk Team at B/SPOKE creates a welcoming, energetic environment for members. As a Front Desk Associate you will support studio operations from opening to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑level customer service, manage class check‑ins, and follow opening/closing procedures.
Assist with bike fittings, maintenance, and support instructors during classes.
Help studio management with daily tasks, projects, and training of new front‑desk teammates.
Maintain product knowledge of studio events, retail, and promote the B/SPOKE culture.

Required profile

Passionate about fitness and wellness, energetic, outgoing, and personable.
Excellent phone and email etiquette, strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work at least 10 hours weekly with strong weekend availability.
Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and team collaboration.

Required skills

Current or willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification.
Ability to perform bike fittings and basic bike maintenance.
