Front Desk Associate - Brookfield Place

About the role

Equinox is looking for energetic, creative and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates for its Brookfield Place location in New York. This is a part-time position in a growing, dynamic organization, offering a significant impact within a luxury health, wellness and hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally
• Scan membership IDs on entry
• Answer phones professionally and respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies
• Update members' accounts when needed
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area
• Tour members and provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests
• Aid other departments with related tasks
• Work opening, closing and mid-day shifts

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic and friendly
• Preferably interested in health, fitness and/or sports
• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk constantly, squat, stoop, reach and bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Legal right to work in the United States
