French‑Speaking Recruiter – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a French‑speaking Recruiter to support a multinational client with a strong presence in Quebec. This fully remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles that require French language capability, primarily targeting Eastern Canada and Quebec.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance for high‑volume manufacturing requisitions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Manage outbound engagement through calls, messaging, and email outreach.
• Present and negotiate offers, providing clear communication and support to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent‑acquisition leadership to align hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation in ATS platforms such as Avature or Workday.
• Identify and recommend improvements to sourcing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring leaders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global RPO model.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required skills
