About the role

Melaleuca is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its call‑center team. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve order‑related issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the company’s wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls professionally and courteously.
• Document detailed notes for each interaction in the customer log.
• Process reshipments, refunds, and address corrections for orders.
• Track shipments via UPS, DHL, Canada Post, and international carriers.
• Escalate shipping problems, product returns, and credit issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist other teams during peak call periods and support month‑end tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
