About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking energetic French and Spanish tutors to provide in‑home and online instruction aligned with the Louisiana curriculum. You will create personalized learning plans and support students of various ages.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver academic support in French and Spanish following state standards.
- Develop customized learning plans that emphasize understanding over memorization.
- Provide remedial and enrichment sessions to meet individual student needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress and challenges.
Required profile
- Current, valid registration with the New Orleans Department of Education or a qualified teacher candidate.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage your own schedule.
