About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate freight loads for owner‑operators and carriers.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide real‑time updates to clients.
• Problem‑solve delays or issues that arise during transport.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, dispatching software).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
