Truck Driver Nation is hiring freight dispatchers to manage loads and grow their own book of business. Both experienced and entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

Manage 7–10 trucks and coordinate freight shipments.
Earn 8%–10% of gross revenue per truck.

Required profile

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
