About the role

Truck Driver Nation is expanding and hiring freight dispatchers, both experienced and entry‑level, to manage truck loads and earn a share of revenue. This is a commission‑based, non‑hourly position where earnings are tied to the gross revenue of the trucks you manage.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with confidence and professionalism with drivers and clients.
Stay sharp and organized in a fast‑paced environment, managing 7–10 trucks.
Earn 8%–10% of gross revenue per truck, generating $6,000–$12,000+ per month.

Required profile

Dependable, motivated, and hungry to succeed.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
