About the role

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing US physicians (MD or DO) to work on a project‑based AI evaluation program. You will review clinical EHR vignettes, assess diagnostic and treatment reasoning, and help improve AI tools used in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate EHR vignettes paired with questions, proposed answers, and distractor “trap” answers across multiple organ systems.
Score vignette accuracy, completeness, answer correctness, and quality of reasoning chains.
Write concise rationales and participate in blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

Required profile

Active, unrestricted US medical license (MD or DO) with board certification or completed residency and recent patient‑care experience.
Broad multi‑system diagnostic and treatment experience (internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine).
Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis and evidence‑based management.

Required skills

Proficient written English (C1 level or higher).
Experience with medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, or medical annotation is a plus.
