Freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist (part-time)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage a high‑performing acquisition funnel on social media. This part‑time, results‑driven role focuses on generating qualified B2B leads rather than routine content posting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media lead‑generation strategy, primarily on Instagram.
• Set up, launch, and continuously optimize paid social and targeted advertising campaigns.
• Design and improve a lead‑generation funnel aimed at attracting relevant B2B partners.
• Create a content plan, publish regular posts, and produce ad creatives (visuals, copy).
• Identify target audiences, test audiences, creatives, messaging, and formats to boost lead quality and volume.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and track lead quantity and quality.
• Provide regular performance updates, recommendations, and suggest new channels or tools for better outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid social, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of generating and qualifying B2B leads via social platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable lead‑generation results.
