About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a freelance Media Assistant in El Segundo, California. The role supports the media billing process by tracking missing invoices, answering vendor payment questions, collecting Co-Op documentation from publishers and helping with other billing and administrative tasks. The assignment lasts two to four weeks, depending on the exact needs.

Key responsibilities

Track missing invoices
Respond to vendor calls about invoice payments
Gather Co-Op documentation from publishers
Perform other related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of media; digital media is a plus
Familiarity with basic accounting terminology is a plus

What we offer

Pay of USD 24 to 25 per hour
Temporary roles may join a freelancer/temporary employee medical plan once criteria are met
Hybrid work policy: four days in the office and two days remote
