Franchise Sales Director – Remote (AZ, NM, NV, UT, ID, OR, WA)

About the role

We are seeking a Franchise Sales Director to lead franchise sales for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate across the western United States. This fully remote role requires the candidate to reside within the territory and travel as needed to meet prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle for franchise opportunities in AZ, NM, NV, UT, ID, OR, and WA, from prospecting to closing.
• Generate and nurture leads, build a robust pipeline, and achieve annual sales quotas.
• Present the brand’s value proposition and growth strategy to prospective franchisees.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide due‑diligence presentations for brand leadership.
• Collaborate with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development, inside sales, or consulting.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and conducting due‑diligence is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for both in‑person and virtual presentations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving individual and team goals.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with sales CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
