Fractional CPA – Senior Quality of Earnings Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking a US‑based Certified Public Accountant with deep experience in Quality of Earnings (QoE) and transaction advisory to provide senior‑level review and sign‑off on SBA‑focused QoE reports. Working fully remotely, you will partner with an experienced analysis team to ensure the final deliverables meet the highest professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review QoE analysis, supporting documentation, and underlying workpapers.
• Challenge and validate proposed EBITDA and SDE adjustments and add‑backs.
• Assess normalized earnings, revenue quality, working‑capital trends, and financial‑statement reconciliations.
• Confirm that conclusions are adequately supported and defensible.
• Provide final technical and editorial review of completed reports and sign or co‑sign when appropriate.
• Respond to lender inquiries and address any follow‑up questions.

Required profile

• US‑based Certified Public Accountant.
• Extensive experience in Quality of Earnings reviews and transaction advisory.
• Proven ability to critically evaluate financial analyses and adjust conclusions.
• Strong professional judgment and willingness to take responsibility for final deliverables.
