Founding Sales Engineer

About the role

Reevo is seeking its first Solution Engineer to define and own the technical sales motion. You will work closely with account executives, product, and engineering to design, prototype, and demonstrate solutions that showcase the full power of Reevo’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep technical discovery sessions with prospective customers and translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Build customized workflow prototypes, automations, and data models to demonstrate real‑world use cases and reduce deal risk.
• Identify creative workarounds for product gaps, provide feedback to product and engineering, and support RFP responses and security reviews.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across sales, product, and engineering, and help shape the SE playbook as the company scales.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre‑sales within B2B SaaS.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented problem solver comfortable in ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environments.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in early‑stage companies where processes are still being defined.

Required skills

• APIs and integration experience.
• Automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or make.com.
• Data modeling and workflow design.
• Familiarity with modern SaaS, cloud platforms, and security/compliance considerations.
