About the role
RecruiterForce is partnering with fast-growing SaaS, AI and fintech companies to hire top-performing Account Executives. You will join early-stage or scaling organisations and be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing high-value mid-market and enterprise deals.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, generating pipeline through outbound activities.
- Engage directly with leadership teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
- Sell complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts across the United States.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product positioning and sales tactics.
- Achieve and exceed OTE targets ranging from $200K to $300K+.
Required profile
- Demonstrated quota-carrying success in SaaS, AI or fintech sales.
- Strong hunter mindset with a track record of outbound prospecting.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments.
Required skills
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proficiency in full-cycle sales methodologies.
