About the role
Sailor Health is seeking a founding full‑stack engineer to join as its fourth engineer. This ground‑floor position will involve designing and launching AI‑first products that directly impact clinical care for older adults.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI voice‑powered coaches that support cognitive health, mindfulness, and wellness through natural conversational interactions.
- Develop AI care agents for providers, including speech‑to‑text triage, care navigation copilots, auto‑summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake flows.
- Architect and ship the core clinical operations layer covering patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue‑cycle management using healthcare APIs.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of full‑stack development experience with a strong product mindset.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and making high‑impact technical decisions.
