Forward Deployment Engineer, Reporting Pro

About the role

The Forward Deployment Engineer, Reporting Pro helps customers adopt DeepHealth’s Reporting Pro solution, combining radiology reporting expertise, clinical workflow knowledge, and technical configuration to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Reporting Pro for customers, mapping reporting workflows to templates, macros, structured reporting, speech recognition, and user roles.
• Lead technical discovery, covering legacy systems, HL7 order/result flows, RIS/EHR integration, and network/security requirements.
• Build and validate report templates with radiologists and manage migration from legacy systems.
• Coach implementation teams, publish configuration standards, and provide L3 escalation support for Reporting Pro issues.
• Monitor service health, participate in incident response, and drive reliability improvements.
• Define and execute AI adoption strategy, configure AI‑enabled reporting workflows, and validate releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging or clinical systems.
• 5+ years in a customer‑facing technical role for radiology reporting systems (e.g., PowerScribe, Fluency).
• Strong understanding of radiology clinical workflow, RIS, worklists, dictation, sign‑off and critical results communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on configuration of report templates, macros, structured reporting and speech recognition.
• Working knowledge of HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM, ORU) and integration with RIS/EHR.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), storage, networking and SSO/authentication.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted or LLM‑based report generation, DICOM and PACS integration.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to radiologists, IT leaders and executives.
