Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Nectar Social, you will act as the technical bridge between our AI‑native social platform and strategic enterprise customers. You will own the full lifecycle of deployments, from pilot to production, ensuring customers derive real value from the system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise deployments for strategic accounts.
• Build custom integrations with CRMs, CDPs, e‑commerce platforms, Shopify and social APIs.
• Configure and optimize AI agents for brand‑specific workflows and voice.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and new platform features.
• Partner with go‑to‑market teams to support sales cycles and scope technical implementations.
• Embed with customers to understand their workflows, technical environments, and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in customer‑facing or platform roles.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable working with engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Startup mentality with high ownership, bias toward action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
