Tech Lead Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead Manager to own the technical vision and execution for one or more core engineering teams at Nectar Social. The role blends product‑focused thinking with hands‑on leadership, driving AI‑driven social commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap, system design, and architectural standards for high‑performance, scalable products.
• Write production code, conduct code reviews, and solve complex technical bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product and Design to evaluate feasibility, scope features, and refine requirements.
• Mentor and coach engineers, raise the technical bar through pair programming and architecture reviews.
• Participate in customer calls to build empathy and inform product direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast‑moving, product‑centric environments.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate closely with product and design stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting technical decisions to customers.
• Track record of establishing engineering standards and driving code quality.
