Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift at its Fort Worth distribution center. The role involves operating industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials, supporting the company’s medical technology supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads for operational efficiency and secure them before movement.
• Inspect equipment for damage and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Operate RF scanning equipment to manage inventory.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.
• Identify and report workplace safety hazards.
• Adhere to production schedules and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and physical condition.
• Mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
