Regional Operations Support Specialist

About the role

The Regional Operations Support Specialist (ROSS) supports a Kerecis sales region by facilitating sales operations, resolving issues for the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full‑time role is based in the Arlington office and reports to the Regional Operations Support Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process benefit investigations, customer orders, shipping, invoicing, and collections, including direct, bill‑only, trunk stock, and sample requests.
• Create and update SOPs for the Customer Operations Department and maintain the Employee Handbook & Operations Guide.
• Coordinate new account submissions via Greenlight Medical, MedApproved, and other platforms in partnership with sales representatives and regional directors.
• Oversee regional product inventory to ensure adequate supply for sales operations.
• Generate and distribute daily and monthly reports on orders, sales, and benefit investigations.
• Collect product and process feedback, implement improvements for U.S. operations, and educate the sales force on inventory management and FDA‑compliant product handling.
• Train the regional sales team on administrative tasks and serve as the first line of escalation for sales issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, process enforcement, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in an intense, fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Team player who can collaborate across multiple departments with limited supervision.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with a solid understanding of sales and inventory management.
