Picker – Distribution Center

About the role

As a key member of Enovis' Distribution Center, you will pick, scan, and stage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality while supporting the company's mission to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Follows established standard work procedures and operational guidelines.
• Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision.
• Exercises limited judgment in task execution and escalates issues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours a day and frequently carry up to 60 lb.
• Full range of motion of the waist and neck, unrestricted use of upper extremities, and ability to perform overhead reaching.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling.
• Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
• Must have full‑time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
