Foot & Ankle Sales Representative - Los Angeles

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Los Angeles, California. This is a field-based position where you sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, working with a high degree of intensity and commitment. You become the resident expert in the area, organizing your materials and offering quick solutions during operating room consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
• Maintain and manage your product inventory and help customers whenever needed.
• Build credibility with surgeons through deep knowledge of your own products and competitors' offerings.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the area would be beneficial.
• Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of product promotion and sales techniques, including product demonstration and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Use of current office technologies such as MS Office and databases.
• Adherence to compliance and ethical standards (AdvaMed), including confidentiality and reporting of non-compliance.
