Floor Leader - Everlane Seaport

About the role

Everlane is looking for a Floor Leader for its Seaport store in Boston. The role leads a team that embodies the Everlane ethos and delivers a best-in-class store experience, balancing team goals with a customer-focused environment. The position is open to people who enjoy being the host of a party and champion the "Path To Yes" mentality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team so the service model comes to life in-store.
• Zone, prioritize and delegate tasks for team members by zone according to business needs.
• Set goals for the team, coach and motivate them, and give in-the-moment feedback on the sales floor.
• Perform hourly reads and update the team on current business goals and results.
• Celebrate successes and share recognition within the team.
• Share business results and anecdotal feedback with the store leadership team.
• Use feedback and reflection to understand personal strengths and weaknesses and contribute more to the team.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• A proven track record of hiring, leading and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with the rest of the store leadership team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical readiness: must lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, move around all areas of the store and stay accessible to customers.
