Floating Community Manager – Lease‑Up (Denver)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager to lead lease‑up activities for a Denver‑area property. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and set rent rates to meet revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and handle petty‑cash and bank deposits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, conduct inspections, and manage evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring timely maintenance.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Competence in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database‑management programs.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
