Flight Test Support Engineer

About the role

Join Airbus’s U.S. Manufacturing facility in Mobile, Alabama, supporting Flight Test Operations for A220 and A320 family aircraft. You will act as the technical liaison between production, quality, engineering, and flight test teams, ensuring smooth information flow and resolving technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among Production, Quality, Engineering, and Flight Test teams.
• Represent Flight Test in technical review meetings with MAP, FAL/Flightline, Design Office, Programs, and Quality.
• Follow up technical and quality problems, including QSR and in‑service events.
• Maintain databases of technical information for ground and flight activities.
• Screen Flight Test Requests, verify aircraft configuration, and provide technical assistance for anomaly resolution.
• Manage logistics, ID card issuance, and ensure tools are available for ground/flight activities.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in aircraft technical support or troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and adapt to a changing environment.
• Fluent English; French knowledge is a plus.
