Financial Rotational Analyst Program (Post-Grad, June 2027)

About the role

Avis Budget Group's Finance Rotational Analyst Program (FRAP) offers recent graduates broad exposure to core corporate finance functions within a global Fortune 500 company. Participants start as Financial Analysts and move through three 12-month rotations in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, Transformation and Treasury. Successful completers are invited to interview for a position at the Global Headquarters. The program includes mentorship from a senior manager, project deliverables each rotation and preparation for permanent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the team in each division, working with a dedicated mentor from senior management.
• Take part in job shadowing, on-the-job training, formal classroom training, learning and development, project management, presentations and networking.
• Complete a specific project or deliverable in each 12-month rotation, presented to senior leaders at the end.
• Meet regularly with the FRAP Program Board and with senior leaders who sponsor the program.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business IT, Statistics or a related major, with expected completion in Spring 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in an academic, non-academic or other setting.
• Prior internship and/or work experience.
• Willingness to work in Parsippany, NJ.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong project management, prioritization and independent work skills.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative communication and presentation skills.
• Even better: experience with Alteryx software and AI tools (e.g., Claude).
