Financial Coordinator

About the role

The Financial Coordinator will be a key member of the Admissions team at Renewal Falls Recovery Center, supporting prospective patients and families through the financial aspects of treatment. This position ensures a smooth admission process by handling insurance verification, financial clearance, and payment collection with compassion and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial clearance for prospective patients before admission.
• Review insurance benefits, eligibility, and communicate deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.
• Collect deposits, copayments, and other required payments.
• Identify and address financial barriers that could delay admission.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Revenue Cycle, clinical, and operational leadership to prevent unnecessary delays.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented, and compassionate.
• Comfortable discussing financial matters with patients and families during stressful times.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
