Financial Analyst

About the role

Reframe Systems is seeking a data‑driven Financial Analyst to lead FP&A, operational finance, and strategic planning for its modular microfactory business. You will define unit economics, track Bill of Materials cost reductions, and provide financial visibility as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the 3‑statement financial model, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting process.
• Perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget and prepare executive and board financial packages.
• Partner with supply chain and manufacturing engineering to model BOM costs, labor rates, and factory overhead.
• Build ROI models for equipment purchases, robotics automation, and facility expansions.
• Support cross‑functional leaders on headcount planning, operational spend, and finance system implementation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or startup finance operations.
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or construction finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic 3‑statement modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ERP systems and BI/reporting tools.
• Cost accounting and unit‑economics analysis.
• Financial modeling and ROI analysis.
