Financial Analyst III – Global Business Services Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst III to join the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team. The role supports the Finance Manager on company‑wide financial processes, strategic projects such as the tariff mitigation program, and productivity initiatives through business case development and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Procurement function’s monthly close and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable commentary.
• Assist the Finance Manager in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), defining funding assumptions and proposing cost‑management actions.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for GBS leadership on strategic projects, including the tariff mitigation program.
• Create financial models and ensure strong attention to detail.
• Review monthly journal entries and deliver variance analysis for operating expenses.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement of existing processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related analytical field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience within a global organization.
• Proven history of business partnering and implementing robust financial processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tell a clear, concise story.
• Strong business insight, ability to make assumptions, identify trends and benchmark results.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Financial modeling.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning.
• Experience with HFM/CMR financial systems.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, FP&A and program management.

What we offer

• Salary range $83,300 – $125,000 per year.
