Financial Analyst – Global Finance FP&A for NARS & Tory Burch

About the role

Shiseido Americas is looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support the global finance function for its NARS and Tory Burch brands. The role will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and reporting processes for U.S. global brand P&L statements.
• Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.
• Prepare financial commentary that explains performance drivers and trends.
• Support budget actualization and collaborate on re‑forecasting cycles.
• Analyze profitability of new product launches and evaluate financial impact of product discontinuations.
• Calculate and maintain gross‑margin benchmarks across brands and product categories.
• Identify key margin drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to develop accurate forecasts and strategic financial plans.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Comfort working collaboratively with cross‑functional business partners.
